Brief Introduction:
This capping machine is used for closing plastic caps, especially for the caps which with lock ring. It is widely used in industries like foodstuff, pharmacy, daily chemical, cosmetic, fertilizer etc.
PLC control system, rotary type structure, the machine is with function of automatic cap feeding ,loading and closing.
Machine come with 8 capping heads, can be made for screw type cap or press type cap .
And there is clutch device on the capping heads to assure the capping effect.
For big size bottles like 2 to 5L ,machine will be made with 4 or 6 capping heads accordingly.
